ADSB transponder works 1090 Mhz and Mode S responder works also 1090 Mhz. What is the corelation?

An ADS-B transponder contains a Mode-S transponder. With an extra 56 bits of data (Extended Squitter) a Mode-S transponder can be used for ADS-B.

Note that for a full ADS-B implementation, a position source (GPS) is needed. And for ADS-B IN a receiver is also needed. These are usually included in an "ADS-B transponder" and added to a "Mode-S transponder" to make it the functional equivalent.
