Is there some magical formula for the TISB identifier that relates to the ADSB one? Often I will see craft that the ICAO is 2???? and at the same location there is the actual craft with the ICAO hex of A??????. Is there some formula that TISB uses to spawn that hex? Is there a TISB hex that is registered somewhere? If the transmitters is sending this hex as TISB, shouldn't there be some database of these?
