ADSB Exchange Image + PiAware Won't Load

    I was able to get my new Piaware and RP3b setup onto FlightAware, but if I load the ADSB Exchange image, it won't load correctly on startup. When I load it onto the SD card, when I boot the machine, it goes to a login screen and then nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,
    as I understand you loaded the last PiAware image in your rasp. ¿What do you mean about to load adsbexchange image?
    Did you runned this commands?:

    sudo apt-get -y update
    sudo apt-get -y install git
    git clone https://github.com/jprochazka/adsb-exchange.git
    cd adsb-exchange
    chmod +x setup.sh
    sudo ./setup.sh

    Hi
    If you want to install adsbexchange mlat client on FA image then please follow steps described in post above.
    If you use adsbexchange image please follow steps described in "How to feed/Setup Instruction for RPi Kits". (steps 8, 9, 10).

    Please describe your problem more detailed, we'll try to help.

    OK. Maybe I wasn't understanding the process as well as I should. I was under the impression that the instructions were to follow their directions except to:

    "If you follow their directions for setup, all you need to change is that instead of downloading “PiAware on Raspbian Linux 3.1.0 ZIP”, download our modified version here: <cannot post link due to forum limits> Version 1.2 is based on the piAware 3.1.0 image."

    These directions didn't work, but I'll try the recommendations above. Simply adding the image from the zip above yielded a login screen only to Debian 8.

    I'll try the code on my flightaware installation and go from there. Thanks!

    Look at synchronisation matrix of your region (How to feed/Feeder statistics). If your username is present then you're feeding.
