Airport survey / runway right of way diagrams? - CYWG

Sometime ago I came across and failed to bookmark a diagram showing all the runways that were part of some past/present/future plan for Winnipeg International (CYWG). And I really wish I could find it again.

Right now CYWG is operating runways 13/31 and 36/18. But there was a 07/25 that I remember in my lifetime, and I've seen a diagram showing a second 36/18, as well as possibly a 9/18.

The image in my head looks like some kind of survey / land use drawing.

Any ideas?

 

What got my head spinning again was the city tweeted an old 1947 zoning plan, and of the runways drawn on the airport, only 13/31 exists today. https://twitter.com/cityofwinnipeg/status/1192547502039478274
