Hi, I read the previous post but I don't think the problem is similar to mine, but I'm new to ADSB and Raspberry. I have a pi4 in operation with the FR24 ADSB program, now I would also like to put together ADSBExchange, I followed the instructions but it does not transmit the data, I believe that the reading ports do not match, FR24 uses 30002 and 30003, but Exchange looks for the 30005. Do you have any advice? Please answer in a simple way, I use the translator from Italian and I have minimal experienced. TNX - GL
Run @wiedehopf scripts https://github.com/wiedehopf/adsb-scripts/wiki/Automatic-installation-for-readsb It should fix your problems.
That script gives you a new map at /radar If you don't like it, add one or both of these: https://github.com/wiedehopf/dump1090-retro-html#dump1090-retro-html https://github.com/wiedehopf/tar1090#tar1090
. It works! Thanks, to MDA I think I'm online, now the smileys are two green , and with the WIDEHOPF map I can see even without being online. Have a good fun. Ciao ciao from Modena (IT)
I've run the wiedehopf scripts, and can see tracked aircraft at myip/radar (nice interface, btw), but I get a "that page can't be found" error when I go to the link to check on the feed. I'm using the actual IP address of my Pi in both URLs - or should I be using "myip" instead? Thanks for the help.
Please don't use the term myip for the address of your RPi, that's just confusing. https://www.adsbexchange.com/myip/ shows your external IP address, not the internal one your RPi has. Could you please specify where exactly you get "not found" and also which page works. The forum might be annoying with not letting you post links, best use discord, just give the info there: https://discord.gg/ErEztqg
