Yup, see my post about F-15s having fun. They're out of RAF Lakenheath and can be seen frequently in that area.
Click on the light blue "layers" icon on the map and choose "UK A2A Refueling" - you will see why they are there. There are several air-to-air refueling zones around the UK but that seems to be the most common one used, the closest to RAF Lakenheath etc I guess.
