https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=ae17ad in 3 years of tracking, this is only my second ever F-15E
Nice catch! They seem to fly F-15s every once in a while around Lakenheath, but one going on a mission to Czechosovakia, air-to-air refueling on the way out, doing some dogfighting practice there, then flying back to England is rare indeed. For the sake of completeness, this is the mission I'm talking about: https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?ica...975&zoom=7.9&showTrace=2021-09-16&trackLabels
Did you happen to see the BuNO number of your catch and my catch? 91-0321 My Catch ------ 91-0321 Your Catch
I didn't see the number, but I'm sure we're talking about the same mission. That's why I said nice catch. F-15Es seem to be flying out of that airbase fairly often (there's one in the air right now), but the mission you found there is *REALLY* rare.
https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=ae17b1,ae179b,ae17a9 few more today, did something change with the USAF and F-15's? this is quite the startling change of F-15's.
