Good to see it visiting Der Fatherland (unloaded) after so many years now! Kidding! I'm a sucker too, whenever I hear something out of the ordinary. Sadly I have no good camera at the moment.
Looking at they track from yesterday and today as well, it flew from Salzburg (Red Bull home base) to an airshow in Belgium, performed there for 1 full and two half days, then flew back to Salzburg yesterday. A bit of digging revealed: https://www.sanicole.com/en/ (and yes, the Red Bull B-25 is listed as participant. ) Reading all the data (including a special spotter's location at a nearby airbase where they don't do as much show but take off and land the planes) makes me grumpy I didn't try to go there. Edit: catching the USAF F-35 Demo team close up would have made it worthwhile...
