Didn't get a screen grab but last Friday a C130 spent the afternoon doing loops around New Castle County airport (ILG) and a few passes over the runways. I see plenty of 130s and other big transports all the time over New Jersey and Maryland, this location seemed odd. This evening there was wind shear over Philly, first time seeing many go arounds and listening to the scanner the pilots were reporting the shear after they announced they were going around. Made for an interesting watch as the controllers were adjusting speeds on lots of planes to fit the go arounds back into the approach patterns.
