I keep a tab running on the map page. After shutting down the monitor for a while, when I turn it back on, the map does not show any targets, except that the lower right hand panel area, continues to display aircraft/flight info. Both browsers behave the same. This is hapenning in a mac mini M1, running macOS Monterey. By contrast, this does not happen in my other PC, a Windows 10 machine.
Check the dev console: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002197259-How-to-Open-the-Developer-Console It's very likely to be a webGL issue, you can disable it in the settings incurring a performance penalty. MacOS is really problematic with webGL.
Thanks for your reply. I'm getting nowhere in the Apple forums. I've just woke up and manage to make a screenshot of some icon appearing on the upper left hand corner of Chrome, after the problem appears;
The website settings to deactivate webGL, settings are available via the gear icon. Not the browser settings.
Thank you for your reply. Looking for another solution, I decided to try another browser, Firefox. This one, seems to solve the problem. However, another quirk has popped up, using the scroll wheel on the mouse, to zoom in and out, does not work. I can only zoom, using the plus-minus buttons.
Have you found the webgl setting? Again you can check the def console in regards to the scroll wheel ... but really Apple has given problems again and again. Non apple users have no issues whatsoever. I don't have gear to test this stuff and i wouldn't even be certain how to approach the issue.
Found the answer to the scroll problem. In the the Firefox browser, go to settings>extensions and themes. In my case, I had to disable an extension for my mouse, made by Logitech (MX3 for Mac) and disable " Logitech SetPoint". This is an extension used for smooth scrolling.
