James and team: Is it possible to see where the gaps in coverage are so some of us can get creative and try to fill those gaps? Maybe a 1090 and then 978 only map
Too hard to do with how ADSBX does things. We only have MLAT client maps .. maybe in the future .. but that leads into some interesting privacy issues
I could see that you might not want to let it be known as a "company private" info perspective. Was just curious. I have a few sites I plan to redeploy hardware. I know where "I" have gaps that I want to fill. Just hope they help the ADSBX cause in the process.
We could do heat maps, but it would be hard to separate 978 and 1090. I suppose we could just assume ADS-R is 978?
we just need to add some fields to the adsbexchange-stats that way install is optional for those who wish to remain private ...
