    INSIDE details of private jet deals of Triple H, the present Chief Operating Officer (COO) of WWE have set the bank account of this biggest wrestling event firm back to the sum of $32M, being the sum the management of WWE borrowed from RBS Asset Finance to purchase this latest air flight in the fleet of WWE.

    The Deal

    Naija Standard gathered that WWE entered into an agreement to purchase a new corporate jet for $27.5million. The 2006 Bombardier Global 5000 jet replaced the WWE’s current plane which is a 1998 Canadair Challenger. WWE has owned the jet since 2001. WWE is looking to sell the Canadair Challenger ‘at a higher price’.


    WWE officially filed a document with the SEC on Monday to announce their plans to finance a new corporate jet. According to the document, which was filed on August 7th, WWE has created a subsidiary, “WWE Jet Services, Inc.” to enter into a Loan & Aircraft Security Agreement with RBS Asset Finance for a $31.56 million loan.”

    The plan calls for quarterly payments of $405,458 until the seven-year loan expires on August 7, 2020.

    Clause in the Deal

    Naija Standard observed that the agreement includes notes WWE’s use of the corporate jet. For example, WWE is not permitted to use the jet as a taxi service, or fly the jet in restricted airspace. It was also revealed that the primary hangar location is Westchester County Airport in White Plains, New York.

    ADFFC5 is currently showing in the database as a T-38A from Beale AFB; this is incorrect. I have verified this by radio traffic and previous visual ID of this aircraft.

    Here is the correct Information:

    64-13285
    T38
    Northrop T-38C Talon
    Operator - United States Air Force
    Aircraft based at Laughlin AFB, TX - Tail Code = XL

    Thanks for the info.

    Something's not quite right, though. Has ADFFC5 been visually confirmed as 64-13285?

    Recent photos on the web seem to suggest that 64-13285 is still based at Beale. I can't find any pics of it as XL.

    However, looking at ADFFC5 flight history, I see that it has been flying from Laughlin regularly, for a couple of years. So it's rather confusing... and suggests that ADFFC5 isn't 64-13285. A photo of the XL aircraft would be useful.

    T-38s are a bit of a nightmare, regarding hex/serial tie-ups. They rarely put callsigns into their transponders, and seem to have swapped boxes and/or recoded them quite a lot over the years. I have dozens of queries, with reports of aircraft using different hexes.

    I'm fairly sure that many T-38s in the database have hex/serial tie-ups that are wrong.

    I'll add a ? to 64-13285, for now, anyway.

    All confirmations will be gratefully received. :)

    I had previously photographed this jet but now I realize that was in 2010 and it was still a Beale T38A. However today they used Spiker callsign on the radio which is a standard Laughlin callsign. Between that and the fact that it’s been flying from Laughlin and the Air Force AETC doesn’t use any T38A models anymore we can be for certain of these changes. If I have a chance to photograph this one I will.
