Feed setup script, changeover to systemd service?

    UPDATE: The main/beast feed works now! MLAT is still down for me, but the main/beast feed has been stable for 20 minutes. I haven't changed anything. Maybe just a server outage that was coincident with me upgrading scripts. Will wait to see if MLAT will get back online on it's own.

    EDIT: MLAT still down. This is how it looks for me - due to the repeating connects/disconnects I'm appearing duplicate on the list.

    EDIT 2: Everything's back online now.

    Some of the MLAT regions are a little more temperamental.
    You'll get a connection eventually, just check back tomorrow.

    You won't appear duplicate but it will show multiple connects at the proxy server. I should figure out how to time those out faster.
