Feeding from different Pi to Dump1090

I'm using a bit of a different setup to the traditional feeder / Dump1090 installed on the same Pi.

I have a dedicated Pi3b set up with only Dump1090 running and a stack of six Pi Zero Ws set up to feed to six different sites, including ADS-B Exchange. The other five feeders asked for the IP address of the Dump1090 server, either during installation or afterwards when it detected that no Dump1090 service was running locally - this didn't happen with ADS-B Exchange.

I've had a look through some previous posts and found one relating to MLAT, which advised to edit the /etc/default/adsbexchange file, swapping 127.0.0.1 for the actual IP address of the server. I've done this, but I'm still seeing 'No feeder connection' when browsing to the 'myip' URL to test the feed. I assume that there are other configuration files that require editing to account for Dump1090 running on a remote server on the same network. Does anyone know which other files need to be edited?
