Folks, I feed adsbexchange, If I go on to adsbexchange.com/myip all my connections show OK The link to Ad-Free Feeder Global Map gives me the global map but adverts appear on the map and the information panel on the right. I merely ran the adsbexchange script on a Flightaware setup. Geoff
Are you using the same browser? Might be some browser plugin or something? Just tested it and it works fine.
You are probably correct re browser issue but I haven't figured it out yet. On my Samsung Android netpad with Chrome it is fine but Chrome and Firefox on android phone show adverts. Chromium on Ubuntu 20:04 laptop shows adverts too. Tried clearing cache and cookies but so far unable to resolve. I'll let you know if I find out the cause but, as is often the case with computers, it suddenly works properly and not sure why. Geoff
You have to visit the /myip page from every device you want the ads gone. And it has to show that the feed is working. https://www.adsbexchange.com/myip/
OK,that sorted it, guess that is to do with cookies somehow as I don't see an address change on the web page. Appreciate with browsers much happens transparently and user unaware of what takes place. Geoff
