Different military aircraft have been observed using Hex Code 924924. Sometimes changing mid flight between aircraft and multiple different aircraft using it over 24H. The same for 249249. Is this some sort of ADSB Exchange decoding glitch ? Or are aircraft actually transmitting these codes ?

    Thanks for any info.

No, militaries have been known to use bogus hex codes which includes multiple aircraft using the same hex code.

Happens to a lesser extent for private aircraft in countries where ATC don't care much about the ICAO hex code because they still use mainly squawk for identification.
(big contrast to Europe where lots of airliners squawk 1000 and identification is completely via ICAO hex code)

Thanks for the info. Looks like 249249 was used by 4 different aircraft on March 10th. 249249 and 924924 seem related, any significance to these codes like in this case the Octal equivalent being 11111111 and 44444444 respectively ?

Well .... the transponders have probably some sort of configuration that can be done using the octal numpad that's also used for squawk .... and people like pressing the same number repeatedly.
