The first time I heard about OTA 1090 aircraft tracking was back in the '90s I think, and there was a website run by a single guy in Florida or Alabama that had a webpage live that I had bookmarked years ago and many computers ago. The way he did tracking was expensive for a hobby to implement I recall. Any historians out there who remenber this?
