I'm sticking to my guns with the "if you want data then host a feeder". I threw in the signed agreement to see what the outcome would be. I think a one page, "I agree that I'm not a commercial business" upfront is better than hiding it in 10 pages of terms and conditions in an EULA. What do you guys think? EDIT: I guess I should add that 6 people emailed today and got data api keys without issue. One is an artist in NYC that's going to use ADSBx data for some visual things, the others are feeders. Just in case anyone was wondering ....
