Was watching 09-0015 AE4AE6 United States Air Force Boeing C-32A B752, with blue and white UNITED STATES OF AMERICA markings, leave Melbourne FL and fly to Tampa about the time AF1 was scheduled to depart. It maintained 28000 feet until it reached Tampa and then dropped to 26000, it changed course and changed squawk from 2620 to 0455. Flight is currently headed towards Washington DC with squawk changed back to 2620 @ 29000 ft. Lost track over Georgia. Could this be a decoy for AF1, or anyone have other thoughts
