Just started feeding - a couple questions?

    Hi! I just started feeding using an old PC with Ubuntu

    at adsbexchange.com/myip I get 3 green circles but

    1) how do I know I'm actuallly sending data?

    that page says to install stats, but the page that links to says:

    ADSBexchange.com Statistics Beta

    This installer is meant only for an RPi running ADSBexchange.com script install.

    I am not running a Pi. So I didn't install that.

    The myip page says 'lines out output: 22'
    is that how much data I sent?

    2) I'm feeding other sites and they have me register / give a membership..does adsbexchange have something like that? get rid of the ads on https://tar1090.adsbexchange.com/ or anything else?

    You can check your sync:
    https://map.adsbexchange.com/mlat-map/

    The map markers are offset on purpose, as long as you have green sync and no timeout, all good.

    You are contributing to the data on that page, which is why you are feeding adsbexchange :)

    Any thoughts on the quality of these stats? Anything I have control over to improve them?

    Better reception will give better sync, but your sync is just fine.
