    Former L-3 Ownership, probably a former or still active Shell Company owned test bed Lear 35, if not a Company Exec under a shell company. L3 Technologies, is the RC-135 systems provider and support.

    Excellent Info, Thanks!! Changed hands a bunch. Wassup with that old airframe, lotsa hours and TOLs? I doubt that some exec would be chasing a tanker orbit must be some sort of RF monitoring. I've never seen the airfield manager at NGF allow an N tail to land there, except one military charter during GWII. That prick doesn't often allow VMU-3 based there to fly.
