Any chance you could make the tail # a link to a google search for that tail #? Or put a link somewhere around it? Mostly with military stuff, there is not a picture of the actual plane on planespotters.net but there are plenty of pics out there. Especially when on a phone, it's extremely hard to select just the tail # to copy/paste in to google.
Over on the Discord, a chrome / adsbx add on called Radar Atlas seems to do what you want. I have not tried it, just heard about it yesterday and looked at the guys site.
