    VRS no longer supported for any feeder.

    VRS map is now decommissioned.

    This saved at least a $1000 USD per month.

    Is there any other mode to feed adsbexchange from VRS?
    Or is there any windows software to convert one of the VRS output modes to an adsbexchange compatible mode?

    No. VRS outputs are unreliable data.

    As @wiedehopf stated, VRS data is garbage. Get a Pi feeder and add ADSBx scripts.
