Found this in the N. Texas area... miscoded Hex. First time I came across this. Being a "newbie", I'm not sure if this is a fault of dump1090 or if there's a 'craft with a mis-configured ads-b system. The 'craft apparently was in motion as I watched the signal strength change. Observed at approx. 1925z on Feb 11, 2019
