Following years of construction and some calibration flights over the past year, Dublin Airport (EIDW) North Runway is now open to traffic. North Runway is designated 28R and 10L. The "OpenStreetMap ADSBx" map still shows this area as: "North Runway Construction Site" But the "OpenStreetMap" map has the new runway in place. It's probably up to OSM to update the "OpenStreetMap ADSBx" map.
At some zoom levels, it shows most of the new runway. It is in regular use for segregated operations (left for landing, right for take-off), but only for the first half of the day. The original plans for 10L/28R had more rapid-exit taxiways than what actually got constructed. Some publicity photos (including on official websites) show these extra taxiways. Google Maps (map view, not satellite image) still has the old non-parallel runway north of the passenger terminals.
Planned hours for operations for Runways 10L/28R (North Runway) will be progressively increased and are initially planned as follows: (all times local) • 0900-1100 • 0900-1300 • 0700-1300 • 0700-1800 Source: https://www.iaa.ie/docs/default-source/publications/ei_sup_2022_018_en.pdf
