Try something for me ... move it to another USB port on the Pi.

Reading up on this error, a failing power supply can cause it. Your Pi power supply could be having issues too.

I think it's the usb dongle .. but w e can check if it's power issue just in case.

There was one troubleshooting episode a whiel ago with a flaky feeder and he was trying to power a Pi 3B with the Pi Zero 1A power supply ... Pi3B needs 2.5A

I have changed power supply some time ago as power pack failed

Seems like whatever you have is working. Just 2A or 2.5A USB power supply, nothing special.
