Hi all, I've setup a raspberry pi to feed ADSBX, I followed the instructions, it seems to be working because I get the confirmation screen: However I'm not sure I'm feeding ADSBX, for example, this morning I saw this AYR55T in my local connection: but, at the same time, I didn't saw it in the ADSBX main page: If I'm feeding ok wasn't it supposed to be visible in the ADSBX main page? Many thanks for your help, Luis Rosa
It's MLAT, so it could be a MLAT result from for example FA. MLAT results are not fed, adsbexchange only uses its own MLAT results, not MLAT results from other sites. The user obviously gets MLAT results from multiple sites if multiple mlat-clients are running. (not all sites provide MLAT results, FA MLAT results are censored for certain aircraft) You can check your sync here: https://adsbx.org/sync/3B/ Sync can only work if you have common ADS-B aircraft with other receivers. (better reception helps with that though i'm aware terrain can be an issue) This map has most but not all MLAT participants: https://map.adsbexchange.com/mlat-map/
Thank you very much for your reply, wiedehopf, understood. Sometimes I'm sync with 12 other receivers, sometimes with 5, sometimes with 0, whatever, it varies. Best regards, Luis
