Yes I seem to be missing a lot of target reports too, at least in the US; I'm seeing about 1/5 to 1/3 of the normal.... after digesting .json site ... things seemed to recover last night EST (NY) but then by about 6-7 UTC 9/26 this morning, my file sizes dropped again. Not sure what's going...
