Quality indicator on database

Currently, I'm working on a project of flight path reconstruction using Kalman filter. The project involving python programming that prosses a historical flight database. At the current stage of my project, I'm using the historical flight database from OpenSky-Network. unfortunately, the OpenSky-Network database doesn't provide ADS B data that complied with DO-260B, where the quality indicators (the NUC (Navigation Uncertainty Code) or NACp (Navigation Accuracy Code for Position) or NIC (Navigation Integrity Code) or SIL (Surveillance Integrity Level)) are also included. I need the quality indicators for inputting the measurement uncertainty parameter.

From what I read ADS-B Exchange offer more complete database, but I can't determine whether the database includes the quality indicators value(NUC, NACp, NIC, or SIL). So my first question is the database from ADS-B Exchange have those value? and if the database have those value I planned to buy it from ADS-B Exchange RapidAPI because I am not a data feeder. So, is the database from RapidAPI have the same data field format as the one that only can be downloaded by data feeder?

Yaz, Looks like you haven't gotten a reply. I'm a feeder and here's what i see when I click on a flight in ADBSExchange. HTH.

    NACP:EPU < 30 m
SIL: ≤ 1×10-7 per flight hour
    NACV: < 10 m/s
    NICBARO: cross-checked
    RC:186 m
