Fun fact, when the first UH-60A was delivered to the US Army, the UH-1 Iroquois (Huey) it was designed to replace had been in service for 20 years. The UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter design, which is still activity being produced and delivered by Sikorsky today, and likely through the decade, will celebrate it's 50th birthday next year!

It's one of the last few examples of how close to perfection a lone aircraft manufacturer can get when the designs and production are based on a single set of requirements a coming from a single service branch. Now we see far too much Congressional meddling in the DoD aircraft procurement process, which seems to always result in 100+ other defense contractors based all around the country designing and producing who knows how many different components because there is always another election quickly approaching!

A-10s, B-52s, C-5s, and a few more which are so perfectly designed, no one can offer anything better!

Yup, most "modern" planes are of the type "Jack of all trades, master of none". Examples for that: Tornado, Eurofighter, F-35, Space Shuttle (slightly special case, but still...), ...
