    Hi everyone!

Is there a way to sample dump1090 decoded data into a file for review ?

I'd like to control a weird acting on one of my receiver that I plan to feed in asap but I'd like to ensure data quality prior to feed.

    Thanks,

You can find most important data in folder /run/dump1090-mutability (.json files).

I do not have anything into /run. Anyway I found out an alternative that gives good results for what I want... Denzen84 on github offers a great piece of software named beastblackbox. I can't put any link or commands here, but it is ok for what I want to check out.

    Thanks :)

there is things from other software but not from dump1090. Anyway using netcat to output raw data into a file is easy...

I don't know what kind of OS you use for feeding (own baked raspbian, FA image etc.).
My preferred way is to install latest raspbian, update it and later install ADSB-Receiver from Joe Prochazka (mutability as decoder, any other feeder you want, without ADSBx MLAT client - that one should be installed separately following "How to feed".
But this is only what I prefere.

Not yet on my rpi setup... got 2 pi this week, will start to put those up soon, thanks for the head up about ADSB-Receiver. :)
