Set location for graphs1090 / webinterface at /ax978

    currently shows
    sudo adsbexchange-978-set-location 45.234 12.232

    suggest update to

    sudo adsbexchange-978-set-location xx.xxx(site lat) xx.xxx (site lon)

    then the site location and ranges will work for local ip map
    192.168.xx.xx/ax978
