slightly old, but did anyone catch this RQ-4

I spotted this RQ-4B Global Hawk lurking the Russian/Bulgarian borders for a good hour. back on November 30th.

i have a buddy ( now retired ) who was a USAF RQ-4B Operator and he flipped stuff when he saw that Tail 2049 number since he operated that aircraft hundreds of times.
