Anyone have a starter kit or similar setup for feeding they would sell? I would like to set one up, but just don't have the time. Hoping I can find a "plug and play"

You can use SDR. You cannot feed ADSBx. If you are skilled enough, you might be able to setup a VM running linux using Windows. Windows is unreliable.
