Hi - I'm just a humble but frequent user of this great website and since the new map options were added to the system I've been unable to view any aircraft. I have clicked the 'remove map settings etc' but I am still unable to view any aircraft. Once I've clicked 'Remove settings' what is the procedure to go from that page? I use Google Chrome and have not had any issues prior to the new maps etc. I'm based near Heathrow. Grateful for any help.

    Many thanks

I'm not sure if it will help, but I had a similar problem a few days back. I use NoScript and I found that, although javascript was enabled on ADSBx, it was still blocking something or other. I've had to tell NoScript to allow anything on the page which is not the best option from a security point of view, but I have not had any adverse effects as far as I can tell. But my experience might be unconnected to your own problems so I offer it as something to consider rather than a solution to your problem.

Hi Janrinok and James, thank you for taking the time to reply. I still cannot get any aircraft showing on my iPad 2 now, I’m not sure what you meant James by your comment scrolling too far to the left or right though? I can’t understand why suddenly I’ve lost the ability to see aircraft on the map. It’s a great shame as it was a brilliant website. If you can possibly help further I’d be very grateful.

    Also Use Chrome not Safari.

Apple software is trash, always has been, always will be.

Thanks to all those who have tried to help. I did get three days of aircraft showing on the map but today using the same parameters nothing. I’ve tried clearing settings etc and even downloaded Chrome onto my IPad to try and get the aircraft to show again but even with Chrome and clearing all settings - nothing.

Such a shame, it has been my go to site due to the military and MLAT coverage.

I clear the settings then hit refresh and reload the webpage but I cannot get an aircraft to appear on the map.

    Any further ideas. TIA

    Hi James,

Thank you for replying so quickly. Thank you for the link which shows aircraft but obviously not the usual format but at least it’s something. I assume the site is under strain then and ‘normal’ service will return soon?

    Many thanks,

    Paul

Who knows. You aren't the only Apple user having issues. I think it might be some update Apple pushed recently. I have an old iPhone 5S I test on and it works on that without issue.
