Unid helo in North Norfolk, UK

    For the last couple of days a Squirrel help has been operating at low level just north of the Norfolk Broads, but not showing under any obvious filter categories or with filters completely removed.
    The type would seem to suggest a non-military user, are there any likely Squirrel users that are allowed to not identify in this way?

    The CEGB (electricity board) used to operate a Squirrel for power line inspections, not sure if that is still the case? A possibilty I guess?

    Might not have mode-s or might be too low to detect with enough feeders.
