Hello all, I heard a loud aircraft circle Center City Philadelphia today 12/3 but didn’t get a look, wondering if anyone else got a chance to see. It was moving 120-130kts circled once and departed up the Schuylkill River. Did anyone put eyeballs on it to see what the heck it was?
