So I watched two helicopters fly from the Peoria airport and by my house on ADS-B. I visually confirmed they were Chinooks from the Illinois Air National Guard, but they both shows as a single rotor unit in ADS-B tracking. i've seen stuff that was wrong and posted about it and had no response. but i didn't realize there is a sub forum just for database reporting. so you might want to report there.
I tried looking at it but it's confusing. there's no threads. just one long lists of peoples posts on in a few sub forums. and people being stupid at that. I don't like it. I don't understand why people are switching from a perfectly good and easy to use forum to Discord.
If you are a feeder, you get access to the full discord, which has a lot less silliness. Hey Ed - the database gets updated every weekend. Post corrections in the Database sub-forum. The Mods monitor that one for changes and errors.
i posted corrections months back but did'nt get a reply and didn't know about the database sub forum. don't remember what i posted about now .
Feeders are the heart of the community. It just doesn't work with volunteers putting up antennas. Join in!
