Hi I'm a newbie to this so here goes.....

I'm feeding FA MLAT and ADSB exchange via my Ras Pi3. I'm in the sync matrix for Western Europe all appears OK. I have configured my own VRS PC and I can view FA MLAT feed along side my usb stick feed OK, however I have attempted to setup my ADSB exchange MLAT feed in my own VRS instance but it just sits there with a feed status of "waiting" I can't seem to find any instructions for configuring ADSB Exchange MLAT in VRS as a receiver locally. All help would be appreciated thanks.

I was pinging @Dan .. he knows more about the piaware setup and VRS than I do ...

MLAT should send to 1090Dump and then dump will send to you local VRS ...

OK thanks, I wait and see if perhaps Dan has some instructions for the config of VRS MLAT.

There is one thread about it on this forum. Try to find it.

    Description how to below:
edit the script adsbexchange-mlat_maint.sh and change the end of this command ( --results beast,connect,localhost:30104)
    to this:
    --results basestation,listen,31003

Then add a receiver in VRS using port 31003 and basestation format.

Of course, reboot your Pi after making the change :)

    Good luck!
