What sort of error is this?

    These circles of TIS-B contacts keep showing up centered around Long Island MacArthur Airport (KISP). Has anyone seen something like this happen before?

    Yeah, for Westchester .... the FAA is probably testing ... it's them after all who are sending TIS-B.

    i agree on that, FAA Tests things like that out there all the time
