why would they be LADD then? whats so secretive about doing aerial map photography? and thats an impressive array of antennas for aerial photography. i think they were doing a SIGINT sweep. which ive seen done by many contracted '3 Letter Agency' aircraft that were paid to do so, flying LADD and the same type of pattern.
