I have timing and ppm errors on the adsb exchange matrix Am using the windows mlat client ver 2.10 and dump 1090 mutability Have tried using Meinberg to correct timing Am currently using an open source program called net time which updates every 1 millisecond with ntp.org servers With --ppm adjust value of 51 figure from matrix. However the ppm does not change on the matrix Am shalomblessing on Australia matrix What are members thoughts or suggestions?
